While ordination is an affirmation of the call to certain ministries it also includes fulfilling the biblical requirements for leadership and demonstration of proven character with evidence of fruitfulness.
 
Ordination of Para Church Ministries
Ordaining the ministries of those serving the Church fulfilling biblical mandates outside of traditional "church ministry" structures.
 
Training and Equipping of Leadership
ARMI trains and equips leaders by providing ongoing courses in various levels of leadership and spiritual development, workshops and seminars that address the specific needs of those in covenant, and providing a biblical model for apostolic ministry.
 
Mentoring Support
Connection to the ARMI network is based on a voluntary relationship.  Mentorship flowing out of relationship will naturally provide needed support to the overall ministry of those in covenant. 
 
Assistance with Church Planting
An apostle is not only sent but also empowered to plant churches. Churches are birthed by other apostolic churches and not the network itself.  As an apostolic network ARMI provides assistance to those ministries under its covering by providing necessary support, training, and organizational infrastructure as needed.  
 
Conflict Resolution Assistance
We view conflict as a natural part of growth and change.  ARMI serves as mediators as requested to help bring clarity to situations involving ministry as needed.
